The Mascoteers Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the details needed to take and manage a mascot hire booking, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and return preferences, mascot selections, payment identifiers, and customer account login information.
How we use it
We use your information to process bookings, manage order changes and cancellations, place and release security bond holds, send customer communications, and provide a self-service account area where you can view your order history and receipts.
Storage and security
Customer data is stored in Supabase and served through a Vercel-hosted application over HTTPS. Passwords are handled through Supabase Auth and are not stored in plaintext by The Mascoteers.
Payment information
Card payments and saved payment methods are processed by Stripe. We store the payment references needed to charge your booking fee, handle approved order modification fees, and place a temporary security bond hold before pickup.
Your choices
You can use guest checkout or create a customer account. If you create an account, you can log in later to view receipts, cancel eligible bookings, and request approved changes online.
